Last minute (16th April 2010) ! Official communication from Pinnacle :

In some Studio 14 Ultimate boxes which contains Creative Pack Volume 2 – Seasons, the serial number to install this pack is missing. Please use this special serial number to install Creative Pack Volume 2 – Seasons : JBVJJ-ABBAA-AADAA-AAAAB-IEIKW

Pinnacle apologizes for this inconvenience ! This is a special case only for Creative Pack Volume 2 – Seasons in our Studio 14 Ultimate boxes.

New: Creative Pack Volume 2
In May 2009, we discovered Creative Pack Volume 1. Now, the second volume is launched ! Here is a video demonstration... (click on one of four video frames).

What are Creative Pack ?
Creative Pack enhance your movie with Pinnacle montage, DVD menu as well as titles.

What is included in Creative Pack Volume 2 - seasons ?
This second volume includes 8 DVD menus, 10 montage themes and 36 new titles with motifs, themes are

Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter
Bubbles, Hot Air Balloon and Palm Trees

Add a sun-kissed feel to your summer memories, a vibrant look to your fall treasures, Capture the icy beauty of winter or freshness of spring with templates, menus and titles dedicated to each season. Plus, a few additional themes for extra fun!

What is included in Creative Pack Volume 1?
As a reminder, Creative Pack Volume 1 (click on one of four video frames)includes the following:

5 montage themes
28 new titles
16 DVD menus

Where can you buy it ? As usual, on Pinnacle store. Take note that these 2 packs are available in full version (menus+montage theme+titles) or sold as separate entity (menu only, theme alone, or titles only).

Adorage I trust you.
Adorage I bought Adorage 3 and 10 of PRODAD and after a while I reset the computer. I tried reinstalling them but all my attempts I have not succeeded and do not manage to reinstall Adorage 10. I asked for support to Romania and Pinnacle will not help me because I bought them these programs. Now what do I buy the program and then sit with him in my archive of programs that can not be used by resetting the computer. We have many programs, but Adorage 10 is the only program that I do not work. Programs are willing to special effects that you can buy them but I trust to pay them and then can not use.
I and the original CD dela prodad, I and a password but does not help me on installing this program

Hello banuta,

Sorry for answering so late, your email has been probably lost in our system. You should be able to re-install Adorage 10 in your software, as long as you bought the plugin associated. If it's Pinnacle, it has been bought at Pinnacle s-Store and you should ask the key to re-install it. For other NLE, no need of keys and your CD should do the trick.
