Is it the end of Pinnacle Studio ? For sure not....
But it's worth mentionning that a new YouTube Video Editor just appeared middle of June 2010. In 2007, YouTube launched a more advanced Flash-based video editor called YouTube Remixer, but it was discontinued (the service was based on Adobe Premiere Express and, despite offering features like transitions, captions, adding images, it was slow and buggy).

Video editing usually requires installing software packages and having a fair amount of technical savvy. But YouTube think video editing should be fun and easy, so they are introducing a new tool that anyone could figure out: it’s an online video editor, now available in TestTube, their ideas incubator. Without installing any software, it allows you to:
- Combine multiple videos you’ve uploaded to create a new longer video
- Trim the beginning and/or ending of your videos
- Add soundtracks from our AudioSwap library of tens of thousands of songs
- Create new videos without worrying about file formats and publish them to YouTube with one click -- no upload necessary
So, what about you ? Did you already experienced it ? Give us your feedback, the comments are opened and ready to receive your remark and suggestion. Show us your movie done with this tool !! Do you think it will replace Pinnacle Studio in a near future ?...
