In a general framework for improving relations with its customers, Avid has decided to expand the current moderators teams of Avid/Pinnacle Studio forums. Each forum will now be moderated by 3 or 4 moderators. In addition to the work of police each moderator is in charge of animating the forum, helping users, but also, and this is new, escalating to Avid a lot of informations (forum issues, bugs discoveries, feedback from customers ...). Moderators are identified by the logo Moderator Avid Studio under their username.
